Why He’s Running

The Justice of the Peace court affects people’s lives every day. It should be a place of clarity, fairness, and dignity — not frustration or fear.

Sean Simon is running to restore trust in the JP court by delivering justice that makes sense, respects the community, and protects those most vulnerable to being harmed by broken systems.

This is not an entry-level position. It requires a deep understanding of criminal law, civil process, and courtroom procedure. All are responsibilities Sean has handled throughout his over 30-year career in law enforcement and more than a decade teaching criminal justice.

Harris County Precinct 4 deserves a Justice of the Peace who is prepared, professional, and ready to serve with integrity from day one. Experience is not optional in this role; it is essential.
