Sean Simon is well versed in Class C Misdemeanor Laws through daily enforcement serving his community.
Sean Simon has served as a traffic enforcement sergeant with deep knowledge and understanding of the Texas Transportation Code.
Sean Simon has extensive experience in the Civil Process: Citations, Writs, Subpoenas, and Returns.
Sean Simon is experienced in drafting and understanding Search, Arrest, and Blood Draw Warants from his years of service.
Sean Simon has implemented years of daily application of Constitutional Standards in Criminal Investigations.
Sean Simon has 10+ years experience as a criminal justice educator and as the Justice of the Peace is committed to complete legislative update training and passing proficiency exams every legislative cycle.
